Differences in Play between American and European Bingo
The cards have a total number of 25 spaces, 5 spaces down and 5 spaces across. When playing, players are required to complete the game pattern as requisite. The second type of bingo is European or U.K style. The game differs from the American style in cards and winning style. In European, the cards are Bingo tickets. The style also utilizes 90 numbers instead of 75 as is with the American style. The tickets have 9 columns in three rows. Therefore, the total numbers of tickets are 15 and 27 spaces. The columns hold 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80-90. In the European game there are at least three winners and the cards are in three phases. The lines are 1, 2, and the full house. The player who daubs every number wins the full house while the player who completes two lines across takes the second position. The one who gets one full line across settles for a third prize. Offline bingo happens on electronic tables in the hall. In these tables, players do not daub the cards. The activity is software programmed on the table. However, the table costs extra. In online, the daubing is automatic, but a player can disable the feature.
